If you haven’t read Same Kind of Different As Me I highly recommend it. 90 Minutes in Heaven is great too – I’m almost finished with that. Lifestories by Mark Hall of Casting Crowns is good too.

Emily I haven’t read it. I will try it, but I haven’t been a fan of the other seth books I’ve read. I’ll at least give it a try out though.

Jamison, no i haven’t read that book. Once I finish reading the shack and five dysfunctions of a team I’ll borrow it from you.

wow! I hear ya! Timm’s message was awesome.

Honestly I never would’ve thought that this was something that you struggle with. You seem to have such a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to giving people advice and you aren’t afraid to be honest and tell people what they need to hear even if they don’t WANT to hear it. So from my perspective it seems like you already do this, you already care more about leading people than pleasing them. Just thought I’d let ya know.
